Justice4PAKIds is a coalition of child and victim advocates, lawyers, mental health professionals and concerned citizens dedicated to eliminating the Pennsylvania statutes of limitations for childhood sexual abuse.
There is no statute of limitations for murder in Pennsylvania–child sexual abuse should be treated the same.
Justice4pakids sole mission is to educate about childhood sexual abuse and lobbying for the removal of the statute of limitations of childhood sexual abuse in Pennsylvania.

We believe childhood sexual abuse should be treated the same way murder is in this state. This legislation would:
- expose perpetrators and those who harbor them
- protect children
- give victims an opportunity for justice
- save taxpayers money.
